The braille table and the Unified English option are global. Grade 2 however is set file specific. So you would do the following but this is set specific so if you alt-tab to another application for example, the setting may get changed back to non-grade 2 for that set file.
ActiveSettings.Braille.Options.Grade2Enabled = True
