Hi: In Windows XP under the Control Panel I clicked Add/Remove programs,
selected Windows Components and highlighted Internet Information Services (IIS)
and clicked the Description buttion.
It is a ListBox of items to install.
I can not hear what the Checked status is of the Items CheckBox. I have used a
script to look at the individual ListItems and can get the Text and Data
properties. The text is the text of each item to install. The data appears to
be unique integers. Is there some way to intarregate the status of the
checkboxes? I can't even find them but every once in awhile I will her one of
them say Unchecked when cursoring up and down but 90 percent of the time they
don't speak anything.
I would have them speak their state, checked or unchecked or partially checked
but I can't figure out how to even get the current status of them since there
is no CheckBox control as far as I can tell but I should think there is one
somehow. the TypeName method returns the string value "ListBox". Is this a
value supplied through WindowEyes? I am wondering since I see a CheckListBox
in the .net framework and my Target App is a Windows XP Feature so might be
using the .net Framework objects - just not sure.
Anyway, I am looking for ideas how to determine if one of the items in the
ListBox is checked or not.
