Thanks Jared: OK, My Bad. I misunderstood what Chip was saying. I originally 
thought that field would be for a personal website so just put a dummy web url 
in it for the tutorial. Then, I guess I am done. The tutorial is complete and 
the sample script is loaded to App Central.

  This is not the app update XML location, it's just your personal site that 
you can direct users of your script to. The framework automatically sets the 
update location to the appropriate URL in the declaration of global variables. 
If you do need the app update  URL, you can find it on the app's page on App 
Central. It is the link called "XML Feed for InsertAppNameHere".
