hello, the program that was used to record the wave files should be set to a
specific setting either 44.1 or 48. for recording quality. i'm not sure what
program your using but if its a audio program it might be listed under file
properties.

  thanks les

hi, are the wav files in 44.1 or 48. theres a few different wave file
types. the more standard is 44.1 but 48 is used alot too. could this be a issue
causing ones not to play?

        Steve and others,
I have found some .wav files that won't play using the
GWAudioKit, but that will play with playSound.
        Two files in question are:

        ChipmunkSong.wav
        ChristmasSongNat.wav

        which I downloaded.
Any thoughts on what could cause this?
        thanks,
        Jeff Weiss
