Just out of curiosity, when are non-wepm files allowed?

My guess is that the text didn't really get entered. You can edit the app's

I'm not able to duplicate this. Can anyone else?

This has been fixed.

That's not always true. There are some special cases where non-wepm files are 
allowed, pending our approval. For all other apps, a check is made upon 
submission to confirm that a wepm file is being added.

General apps are listed by order of most recently updated. You can use the Sort 
By links to change the sorting order.

The help links pop up a balloon-like tip window. The page will reload when you 
select the link so that the help text is in the browse mode buffer. I did, 
however, notice a problem wherein the help text would be blank if you never 
explicitly set your App Central language preference. 
This has been fixed.
