There are other things but Chip has said what you need to know and that is
just VB Script, besides looking through the WE Object Model and maybe even
making a text version for easy navigation; getting out of the html mode.
I have been reading up on the Boo way to call all scripts and win32
objects, or just about anything. It is really a good way to go as a cross
platform app.

You can get examples downloading the Homer apps which will give the
write-up of the material as examples. The documentation is not the greatest but
workable.
The nice thing about Boo is you can create any object you want, or import
from a dll an object, and run it in the environment it is set in.
All those are shown as an example when downloading the Homer apps.
As Chip said, and Tom gave a link to, inside the app manager, for get apps
you have to set the format to English but I discovered you have to unset
English twice before it even takes affect, since it is not listed under English
only.

The best way to get Boo is to download the SRC version and is the 9.1
version you want for it has everything with it which includes development, but
has more examples and stuff to work with.
I can send to you off-line the to zip archives that you can unzip and the
link for the language reference which is the best way to go after reading
through the Homer stuff.

Subject: Introduction and looking for additional resources
I am new to the WIndow Eyes scripting community and was wondering if there are
resources above and beyond what is on the gwmicro.com web site. I'll be helping
a an organization that uses both WIndow EYes and Jaws improve the accessibility
of several legacy application and I have a good idea about how to approach this
for jaws, but have only found Chip's class recordings. What other tools are
there both for reference and learning within the community?
