Hi Bruce: I have heard and found vb.net 2010 perhaps the worst version to
use from an accessibility standpoint, think 2012 may have been a little
better and 2013 better yet from what I've heard.
If you try vb.net (Cvisual Basic For Desktop) 2013 out keep a step by step
for how to get, register and install it - add how to set up the IDE to work
well with WindowEyes and you have a nice initial tutorial without
ReInventing the wheel.
I already have it installed and setup or I would do it but dont like to
waste time or take a chance breaking something I have already in "Production
Mode".
If you go this route I will review the text document, the step by step, to
see if I can add anything helpful to it concerning either the install
process or the setting up of the IDE for accessibility.
I have created some, now old, Introduction to vb.net using WindowEyes
tutorials on my old machine I may be able to draw from - they are rather
lengthly and detailed and geared more twoard beginners but may hold some
things of relevance - I don't remember.
Anyway, this is what I have and have done and I will help out if I can with
a project that might get others involved in scripting in some language or
other if I have anything to contribute.
