Hi Rick,
The News App or Browser app only uses the hotkeys for the dialog it is in.
I doubt Windows would screw that up since the hotkeys are only suppose to
look at the dialog it came from, meaning events of.
The only external global hotkey is the Ctrl-Shift-Z key for that app.
I have noticed in the past when the progress bar gets activated, that to
may react on global stuff, or you have been hacked and someone changed your key
environment.
I guess the thing to do is shut off all apps and see if the problem goes
away, if not, you have been hacked...

Subject: Global Scripts and HotKeys
Hi Guys:
I have about 20 global scripts running by default along with Bruces News App.
I was just wondering if the hot keys used in all these scripts are active all
the time and thus could step on each other yielding unpredictable results.
For example Bruce uses many hot keys, I see a Jaws HotKey App running along
with a InsertKey App where I would guess there are likely hot keys defined
along with all the other scripts.
Are all these hot keys going to be active unless there is some isolation
mechanism defined in the script itself?
