Option for streams subcategories to be not expanded on launch

Bug description:
Gwibber 2.0.0, regardless of status when last quit, all streams with
subcategories (public, private etc.) open with subcategories opened.
Expected behaviour: streams subcategories expanded/contracted
according to status when last quit, and/or option in preferences menu
to launch with all streams expanded/contracted/last quit status.
