Send "source" to Qaiku too

Bug description:
When posting new messages to Qaiku it would be good if Gwibber
reported itself as the application posting that message. This is done
by sending a "source" POST parameter to the update call.
In the new version of Qaiku the source application is displayed on
site (and is available in API).
