Hi .. I am a newbie to GWT world and just looked at the GWT-Ext project and it really seems very good. I have a question more from feasibility point of view . Whether applications developed using GWT-Ext and GWT could be deployed and accessed over the internet ? Are there any performance issues with this ?
This question actually struck me when i download the EXT 2.0.2 .zip which needs to be available in the Web Archive and was shocked to find it around 21 MB+. Could anyone please clarify whether all javascript would get downloaded on the system or is it that only the required javascripts are downloaded ? The application to be built would have forms ,grids and charting. Would appreciate if anyone could clarify usage of GWT-Ext for this it would be very helpful.
