This is an annoying behaviour of the file dialog in newer Gtk+ (combined
with some GLib version or something).  It tries to obtain information
about the selected file even in the saving mode when the file has not
been created yet.  And it makes fuss of the file not existing.  Please
just ignore it.

Seems gwyutils is missing in the Win32 package.  I have to add it.
