Yes; Olympus OLS files are TIFFs, just with changed file extension and some extra information in the TIFF ImageDescription tag (also, the 16bit depth means you may not see anything useful in common image viewers, e.g. the image may seem entirely black as only the lower bits vary, but still they are just TIFFs).
