Dear Gwyddion developers/users,
I am using JEOL WinSPMII software to manipulate my AFM datas which are .tif
files (not .tiff)
However I am not able to import properly my datas in Gwyddion because the file
format does not seem to be properly recognized. Gwyddion only imports a sort of
thumbnail view of 128px, whatever the real file resolution is.
The only two ways I was able to proceed was importing as ASCII file with a user
defined file format (unsigned 32bit) but the Z dynamic is weird. Then I tried
to export my file from WinSPMII as an ascii flle and successfully imported in
gwyddion but I need to recalibrate the Z axis.
I do not know how to proceed, I thought that JEOL files were supported so maybe
I am doing something wrong somewhere. Could you please help me with this?
Best regards,
Damien
