Hi,

This time of year it is especially important to pay attention to the following: 
        Hydration - please bring and DRINK plenty of fluids. 
        Nutrition - have something to eat about 1 hour before riding - peanut 
butter sandwich, oatmeal, etc..   
        Comfort - the temperature is going to vary significantly during each 
ride.  Wear layered clothing to accomodate the changes in temp.

TIME: Sunday 11/9/08 @ 8:30 am      
RIDE DISTANCE: 35-40 miles

Let's do the Bold Hill Tour course this Sunday.
PACE: 14-16mph
