Wendy,Steve Leonard,Logan and Gary Smith had a lovely 2 hour spin session in
Wendy's basement. Classic bike races, loud music and good conversations was
had by all. Anytime the weather gets bad -- there can be a session/class
over here.

Subject: [Gyros: 12584] Re: A ride if there is a window?

I wish there was a way I could teach a cycling class full of Gyros on days
like this. Play some loud, motivating music and simulate a Saturday ride.
There would be sweat-a-plenty, I assure you!

The best thing about cycling classes is that no-one gets dropped!! Wouldn't
it be great to have all levels of Gyros in a class...The B's could give the
A's the business...
