Another great weekend of weather and cyclists for B group. The long route (we ended up going about 60 miles) was an unusual 2 rest stop ride spaced ~ 20 miles apart. How cool is that. Gary was with us so thankfully no "mechanicals". Our group was larger than usual and with Ken's help leading we broke into 2 groups, eye distance apart most of the time and pulled back together frequently. Leading the back group I could see this also helped us share the road. Cars were passing with more tolerance. Unspoken strategy is great ... Thanks Ken!
The short route (36 miles) with Leslie leading was also successful (Leslie please post about your group ride!) and we were able to ride with them for about the first 11 miles. Thanks Leslie!
