Accuracy is hardly the issue (and GPS can screw up too).  The rule was
3 with 23+.  You know Im down with trying to go as fast as possible.
Lets not sully it by saying "well we lost time cuz of a truck and we
had to wait extra long at a stop and whine whine whine."  Thats all
part of riding.
