I'll tell you how this is going to play out. 

As we approach the "Cat and Mouse" zone there will be a slowing because no one 
will want to be at the front as we close in on Range. Those who plan on 
attacking will take cover at the back, those who want to be in the chase will 
mark the studs, and those hoping not to get dropped will begin energy 
conservation. 

Well, gang, this is not going to happen. I am still riding myself into some 
kind of cycling condition, and since I threw my chain on Tuesday I lost some 
valuable training. What this means is that I need to suffer to succeed. I will 
not allow the pace to slow as we head toward Range. In fact, I plan on taking a 
hard pull to keep the contenders honest. 

Just make sure that you all wait for me at Range and Moriah after I flame out!!
