Tony/membership committee,
I think it is a mistake to "force" users to "go" to the forum to get the information. I get the emails sent automatically and and can use my email program (rather than an internet email program) and my email program has filters that allow me to automatically take all the daily inbound emails and put them automatically into a folder. Then, you don't need to be 'connected' to the internet to go-to-a-forum to read. This is a great advantage for those of us who travel and still want to get the gyro emails in an automated way. Looks like I'm joined by others who don't want an email change.

G's,

I know that some of you don't like receiving all the "useless" type posts that are clogging up your blackberry's and email inboxes.  Well, I have some great news.  We had a membership meeting on Saturday and one of the things that we discussed was going to a different forum format that will eliminate the way you are receiving Gyro emails.  It will require you to go TO the forum to check out riding schedules and other important information.  If you don't want to read a particular subject, no need to.

The bad news is that this in the works and may not be up and running for a while so please bear with us and I will keep everyone up to date on how we are progressing.  In the meantime, as a friendly reminder, please try to refrain from sending out "useless information".

Thank you.
Tony
