Just thought I'd pass this along. I was in south Georgia last
weekend, temps like forecast here this weekend. Rode with my old
buddies from when I lived there. Thought they were crazy for a 6:15am
start, but we rode 63 miles and were off the bike by 9:15 in time for
a run. The early start time was a little rough, but finishing before
9:30 allowed us to go long and fairly hard. Heading to cooler temps
at Lake Placid this weekend, highs in the 70's for Ironman Lake
Placid. Looking forward to re-joining the Gyros rides when I get
back.
