Fantastic ride Steve! 5:30, damn. That ride up to the parking lot from the GFM entrance is a killer. Light years ago when I rode B2B with guys who are no longer around Raleigh, we cobbled together a "special" cassette with a 32 tooth cog from a Shimano MTB cassette and stuck it on a Dura Ace casette just for the drag up to the parking lot. Shifted like crap but nobody had to dismount and walk. That was before the advent of compact cranks when everyone had standard or triple cranks.
