There's an article on the ESPN website; it reads like he's technically, but borderline, guilty. Practically speaking he's innocent, as the concentration is so low & the sample was taken on a rest day, when it would do him no good. These governing bodies can get really pissy and sometimes very political in their decision making. Unless some new info surfaces, I don't think he was a doper, at least as far as this instance & this drug is concerned.
