I am not sure if I know Gary, but have been reading all the notes and wish him
well. I went through shoulder surgery in Florida after a crash a few years
back, so I know how he feels. I have a trainer which I bought back then, but
was bored silly after 1 hr, 10 minutes. I had ordered it from performance. I
even have some synergy VHS ( yes, VHS) tapes I also bought. He is very welcome
to use whatever, if he wants, just e mail me. Pam
