I would target the speed as starting at 14/15 - 16 mph and increasing as time goes on. The purpose being to be able to move into the B groups----- Original Message -----From: Berry T StevensSent: Monday, October 04, 2010 11:37 PMSubject: Re: [Gyros: 16613] C/C+ Ride...O. Frank,
Pardon my ignorance, but what is the mph pace of a C/C+ ride? I live in North Wake Forest & can do ~15mph, for any distance under 50 miles.

Subject: [Gyros: 16602] C/C+ Ride...-- Would anyone be interested in riding a C/C+ ride from the Youngsville area? I have found some very nice routes go east of Youngsville starting at 10 miles and going up from there. Any interest? Thanks O. Frank
