Does anyone have or know where I can find some cycling specific weight workouts?

The Kurt Kinetics site also has a little advice on choosing one..

Whatever you get (I have a Performance fluid one), you will want to know the
resistance curve for it (mine has adjustable resistance - I called them and
they emailed me the curves). Match this with a heart rate monitor and a
standard bike computer and you can compare your indoor rides to your outdoor
rides.

I'm thinking of getting a trainer for the bad winter months. I know
nothing about them. What are the best types? Are there any features
that I need? etc?

Any info is appreciated.
