Fernando

It is a French word meaning "self contained adventure rider" The classic
example of a randonee' would be Paris - Brest - Paris, the 1200 km non stop,
day and night race held every 4 years in France.
Your bike has to be equipped with fenders, lights, and a little bell. Very high
on bike etiquette, the French.

Hey Tony: I plan to go by the Trek store this week and take care of business.
I was looking at the membership form and under the type of riding question
there is "Randondeuring" is this a German word? I have never heard of such word.
  Take care,
  Fernando

Just a friendly reminder that when you receive or pick up your kit, whether
it be at the store or at a ride, it would be nice to hand in your membership
form too. I assume that if you are picking up a jersey/bib, that you plan on
joining the club. What's the point anyway, if you have it and are not a
member?

I've attached a form for your convenience.

  Tony
