Hi, I didn't see this post untill now. The book does not even show up in Scandinavian search engines anymore. I can be of some help translating though if you don't mind a rough translation ( it's faster doing an exact translation, than an English grammar correct translation ).
But academia.edu is a lot more helpful covering almost any part of Scandinavian archaeology these days though. Including from the stone ages and up. A large amount of the papers will be in English too. If you are interested in migration era and early viking, you might want to look for this book instead: The Högom find and other migration period textiles and costumes in Scandinavia: Högom part II (Archaeology and environment) – 1991 by Margareta Nockert <https://www.amazon.com/Margareta-Nockert/e/B001JXC4FG/ref=dp_byline_cont_book_1> https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/9171746161/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_taft_p1_i0 The chapter on comparative garments contains other migration/early viking garments and an abundance of German cloaks.
