Hi,
We had a run on yeast 4 weeks ago and they couldn't stock it for 3 weeks. I
don't have the patience to do the sourdough thing, so I turned to baking
powder. I am not sure I will go back to yeast again.

Norway is easing up a bit this week and I am frightened by all the suicidal
idiots out on the street. I do worry about the ppl who work in the local
shops, some of them are really scared with good reason. I live close by
Oslo's second biggest shopping streets and you can tell who the locals are.
They are the only ones keeping a safe distance.
It is very certain that my son and I have had covid-19 already and should
be safe for now. We have been in quarantine and isolation for the last 7
weeks and might be for months yet. At least I will since any other
infection now is a really bad idea. Too tired to sew. stress knitting
shawls, making masks, yelling at the cats, ignoring dog and teenager a lot
and trying not to get too stressed about things.

If making masks and hospital gowns is not an option where you live
and you want to help, there is a way to help the covid-19 research if you
have sufficient bandwidth. You can read about it here:
https://foldingathome.org/covid19/
And how to do it:

Keep safe everybody!

Gunvor
