Those are not elisabethan.
They are 18th en 19th century corsets.
And I think the boning would bee steel wich you can also cut to lengt.
The pattern for the 18th century corset is taken from Corsets an Crinolines but they adapted the schoulder straps.

The best pattern I used for a 16th century corset is From Patterns of Fashion frm Janet Arnold.
