The really fancy and expensive kimonos of the Geisha might have enough fabric in them. The sleeves hang to the ground, and is wider than the width of outspread arms. They are even longer on the body than most, with fabric trailing the ground, even tho part of it is tucked under their obi. There are similar kinds used for formal "wedding" kimonos as well.
