No worries:) I've been on a break from studying this style as I've been emersed in the start of the 20thC for a show I'm in and have been working on costumes from the same period. But I have been planning on making either a plain wool one (oooohhh my mauve wool flannel....) or one from my scads of green velveteen;) There are a few other items from the same time that I found but haven't put into my "memories" on my lj. > > Unfortunately the image on the Sally Queen and Associates page has gone, I > > think it is in the 2000 calendar. > > It is , I have just checked. Also the blue one from LA (?) is in the > 1998 calendar. Oooh, do you have any info on the mantua in the SQ&A calendar? I'd love to know more before bombarding museums with questions;) If you look in my memories section of my lj, you'll find a section for mantua and related dress of the time. http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=pinkdiamond michaela de bruce http://glittersweet.com -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
