www.costumes.org Also, Janet Arnold's book may help (Patterns of Fashion - from Paul Meekins or Caliver in the UK) - although it doesn't give instructions so much as descriptions of the originals. You could also try contacting the Goodmans (Ruth and Mark) (can't remember their trading name, but will check market website when in less of a rush, and post it if noone else has). Ruth does restoration, and both were *extremely* helpful when a client and I were trying to decipher an obscure C16th Irish woodcut earlier this year!
