The reason I haven't done so already is (1) I've lost weight and the form doesn't fit me at all anymore. (Sigh. It's a good thing, but sad when your garb don't fit no more). And (2) that the dress form's bust is so firm that I'm not convinced that I can move it into the proper corseted location. However, this is what I'd recommend trying in order to represent your different levels of squish :-). Do note, that if you leave one sloper on the dress form, after awhile the padding will squash into that shape, and won't "rebound" well. >>

You might want to try what I wound up having to do to fix mine (the bust was about 4 inches too low, and it was just plain too big to compress in various spots): I split the foam thing in two, along the plane where the two halves had been glued together. Then I carved out a bit of the foam from the inside, at the waist and hips, and across the upper bust (so that I could pre-compress the foam there) and glued the two halves back together. Worked like a charm, except that afterwards I had to trim 4 inches off the bottom of the back half so both would be the same height!
