Sorry -- given the topic (whether cold weather requires drawers), I didn't see any other way to phrase it to establish that I was speaking of findings from personal experiment rather than simply hypothetically! Enough years doing theatre, not to mention more years pushing around people's soft bits for purposes of costume, and you get a rather skewed sense of modesty. It's all rather clinical to me now, as anyone who has survived one of my fittings can testify. Of course, I'm also the person who routinely instructs women to remove their panties during dress fittings because the elastic waistband interferes with the action of the fabric on the figure. Funny how obvious this is, and yet how many people fail to realize what's causing a tummy roll or hip roll ... which disappears the moment the modern underpinnings go away. --Robin _______________________________________________ h-costume mailing list [email protected] http://mail.indra.com/mailman/listinfo/h-costume
