Now I'm curious: how many people actually starch their ruffs after they're made like I do?
And I'm curious if anyone has found something permanent to deal with the ruffs. There is a type of stuff sold at craft stores for making baskets out of lace doilies. It sets up permanently and supposedly doesn't wash out. I've used white glue thinned with water for craft items but never on clothing. Julie
