costumes from a movie of their choice. They could discuss what's
right and what isn't, and perhaps also track down the original
sources for specific costumes - portraits and the like.
I do this in my class, too--they all present their findings, with movie
clips, to the rest of the class. Fun and education at the same time!
Next time, I'm bringing popcorn...
