For those in Britain - I have contacted Oxbow and they said they would let
me know if they can get it.  The did think they would be likely to stock it
as soon as the publishers try to sell it them.

Something can probably be arranged through the museum. But if they do
decide to be difficult I can offer to be an intermediary, and receive
the money through PayPal for you and pay the museum directly from here
in Oslo. Those extra bank fees are such an unnecessary annoyance, and
I'd be happy to help interested h-costers avoid them. :)
