I have found the Carbona stain removers to be fantastic--the only thing that takes red wine out. There are various formulas, and I'm thinking the one that removes lipstick might be worth a try, as the colors used in lipstick are probably similar. I would try one piece and see if it does anything. Some of these are powders and some are liquids, and it would probably take a LOT of the liquid, but if it works, I think it would be worth the expense. But try it before you invest in a dozen bottles of the stuff.
