There should be a help desk address with the instructions that came
with the player. Try contacting them to find out. (Or see if it says
in the handbook?)
I bought one a player, very cheaply, that plays all zones, and we
have another that just plays European ones. These are Zone 2, which I
suspect is what you are. You will find this on the back of each
DVD. But you will need to know if your player is multi zone.
