I want to try naalbinding, too (am even spinning yarn for it), but suspect
it won't be easy....All of the books and online stuff I've seen assume
you're right handed, and I'm not.

So read the directions, then look at the illustrations in a mirror. When I teach crochet or embroidery or knitting to a right-hander (I do these right-handed), I sit next to them so they can see things in the same direction as they're doing. When I teach to a left-hander, I sit across from them, so they can see things in the same direction as they're doing. It works.
