The best Cold War film I've ever seen was John le Carré's "Smiley's People". Outstanding!

Alec Guinness was a magnificent George Smiley.

The movie is intelligent and engaging. I bought the DVD set as soon as it became available. Okay, I bought "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" as well.

Incredible productions.
