Just a comment on this subject: sometimes, what someone wants in terms
of cleavage can't be done. I did a couple of gowns for a friend of mine
a few years ago. Her breasts are fairly small and quite firm and
hemispherical (ie, no loose flesh at all, no need for a bra). I made
various adjustments trying to give her a bit more oomph, but eventually,
I had to conclude that it was simply not possible to give her cleavage.
There was simply no slack (so to speak) to manipulate-- the firmness
that meant that her breasts didn't droop at all meant that they couldn't
really be pushed in _any_ direction. She had to settle for some slight
uplift but no cleavage.
