I vote not pregnant/

There's a famous self-portrait of 'the artist and his
wife' of the same time period, where the lower corset
does the exact same thing, but after a trim waist.
And can I find the thing?
None of these are it, but here are pictures showing
the style:
"Sir Anthony Van Dyck -- Double Portrait of the
Painter Frans Snyders and his Wife" and another where
the bodice matches the skirts "Portrait of a Married
Couple"
and:
"HALS, Frans Portrait of a Woman c. 1611"
and:
"RUBENS, Pieter Pauwel Portrait of Marchesa Brigida
Spinola Doria 1606"

These were all found trawling the Web Gallery of Art,
searching on text of portrait, with the dates
1601-1650, and medium of painting.
