Yes, same sort of effect, but without the feathers :-P And the end part
didn't just lie on top of the breast, but cupped it (which strikes me as a
bit more secure, at least if you have any size there at all that would
create a pocket beneath).

As I said in my first post, probably late 70s or possibly early 80s.
