Having not seen the bra or girdle. If the beadwork is intact and only the areas not beaded are falling apart, then you could try to remove the outer layer, cut out the bad spots and applique it to a new foundation BUT if the fabric is shot underneath the beadwork as well, then I would recommend that the bra and girdle be retired. Fray checking the back of the beading "might" help if appliqueing but if it is that old then it really should be retired and brought out once in a while as an example for new dancers.
