I am an applications developer for a school district. The city had to vote
for my position to be created and paid for. It is a half of my normal pay as
an applications developer but it is 10 minutes from my house and my kids (3)
go to school here. I know I am making a difference not only in my kids'
lives but many others. :)

The historical part about my job is that I get to create graphics too and you know what I use as my inspiration! :D

I repair computers for H&R Block. Yep, if you used H&R Block this year,
I probably repaired and/or configured the computer that was used to do
your tax returns.

I'm a librarian (one of several on this list). I only make
costumes to
support my hobby of reenactment, and haven't in fact made a
garment for
some time. I'm just coming to the end of a long period when life has
been getting in the way; I hope to move house later this summer, and
when that's over I want to start on a 17th century jacket.
