This website http://livinghistory.co.uk/homepages/tudorcostumes/howtosleeves.html has a diagram of the basic sleeve pattern which is not that different to those in Tudor Tailor or Hunnisett, though, all the other sleeve patterns I've seen have a more square bell rather than the rounded one on this website.
