This would be Cecilias riding outfit you are thinking of, her husband is the tall slender person in the green and red suit.
Cecilias is black jacket - red skirt?
I think hers is about 1740. I remember she told me, she wears it buttoned because she has not made the waistcoat yeat. In all the costumes are from about 1730 - 1790 so it is a wide range of costumes.
