Also, at Halloween time you should be able to get fake "stage"
cigarettes - I think they make them as well as cigars (we got cigars
when we had to do 20's gangsters). They are light cardboard, have a
dark tip with a bit of red glitter (for the ember) and are filled
with powder - you blow gently, and you get a wisp of "smoke".
Have fun - (remembering the murder party hubby and I went to where he
was cast as a "fashion designer who wears his own designs". He wore
an old Quiana formal of mine....in lavender....<g>)
